Hi Yoshi,
  This patch does not include following:
1. Enable any function related to secure element.
2. route.xml parsing code in SE

Enable secure element and support CE mode will be fixed in bug 979868 after verifying all the original function nfcd provided can still work well

After discuss with yoshi, I will separate secure element patch into 3 part, and commit it step by step. So cancel review this huge patch for now.

1. Card emulation mode support.
2. Support route.xml.
3. Other secure element related function.

No, i will mark this as duplicate to Bug 959434 because this bug is like a meta bug now.
I will create separate bugs for each step.
As for the first step(CE mode) I will provide patch to bug 979868
