when choosing an age verification year >= 2002, the "Next" button shows blue (as if enabled), but doesn't display a rejection message when clicked, nor allow you to proceed to the next screen.

Pushed pvt master (eng) build to both a Buri phone when I choose birth year 2003 and on the Flame when I chose birth year of 2009.

I dug a bit, and this is a legit bug, has the same root cause as bug 980638, and it should be fixed when that bug lands (hopefully tomorrow).

I'm inclined to close this as a dupe, so that it can be verified along with 980638 after that bug lands. However, maybe you want to leave this open until it's verified fixed? Your call, I'm not sure what workflow you guys have settled on.

If 980638 is the root cause, then I agree let's dupe it.  But if we can wait until the fix is in that would help remind me to go validate this scenario also.

Verified this is fixed for me on this morning's pvt build and current gaia master, see attached screenshots.

If you can still repro this bug, feel free to reopen.
