Turns out people are still pulling from releases-rsync.m.o, and the modules are either huge or crufty.

I've held off fixing mozilla-current to point at something more recent than FF 20.0 and TB 17.0.5, on the theory that people still pulling are doing so blindly. Could empty it to save the useless traffic I guess.

http://ftangftang.wordpress.com/2014/05/12/rethinking-rsync-at-mozilla/ asks for feedback on how we might shutdown/reboot rsync.
Wasting b/w pushing out old bits is silly.
