This issue is very hard to notice. The top edge of the icon appears a bit cutoff, and this ONLY occurs when ACTIVELY dragging an icon from top row of Homescreen. The issue would immediately stop when there isn't any movement (the dragging finger stops moving). Attaching two photos I took, the picture on left is issue reproducing (actively dragging), the right is issue stopping due to movement stopped. For the sake of it I checked this issue on Buri on last master and 1.4 and issue does NOT occur on Buri.
This bug is now out of date: 1.4 is now shipped, 2.0 introduced a new homescreen where the bug doesn't occur anymore. I'm closing it.
