So again, zh-TW is on the default requested locale list, but https://www.mozilla.org/zh-TW/firefox/tips/ is redirected to http://mozilla.com.tw/firefox/tips/.
As the localization work is done, it would be great if we can stop redirecting this page. I'm happy to send a pull request on GitHub.
