What are we looking to analyze here? We already goe some UI telemetry on "Request Desktop Site" from the main menu actions probe. From that we know that "Request Desktop Site" is the #4 mainmenu action over the last week on Nightly.

If that is what we want to know, then I think we already have enough probes.
