Description:
After pulling down the status bar, the string "Unlock your SIM to enable Usage" is truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140508000201
2) Tap on Settings, navigate to SIM security, and enable a SIM PIN.
3) Reboot the phone and, when prompted to enter a SIM PIN, skip.
4) Pull down the status bar to observe truncated string.
Actual:
The string "Unlock your SIM to enable Usage" is truncated
Expected:
All strings translated without truncation
