Description:
If the user downloads and installs the Desert Rescue app and launches it, they will be unable to effectively play due to the app not being correctly sized to fit the screen. Only the top 2/3rds of the app will be displayed.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140508000201
2) Navigate to Marketplace and search for/install 'Desert Rescue'
3) Launch the 'Desert Rescue' app and observe:

Actual:
Only the top section of the app is visible; app is not scaled correctly

Expected:
The app is correctly sized, and user is able to use the app effectively.
