Description:
When user access the wired.com page "http://wrd.cm/1g2xOb2", the page is displayed with two halves with different resolutions. It remains displayed this way until the page is automatically or manually refreshed.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140508000201
2) Open the browser
3) Navigate to the url: http://wrd.cm/1g2xOb2
4) While the page is loading > Scroll slightly down the article, stop when the issue occurs

Actual:
Article displays with two sides at different resolutions. 

Expected:
Article displays fully.

Notes: The user does not 'always' have to scroll while the article is loading to see the issue reproduce, it it just the most reliable method.

On the latest v1.4 Buri build, the issue occurs but the page refreshes before the user has to enter any input.

Why is this tech evang? By the description it's quite unlikely that it's an effect the site does by mistake or on purpose.. seems more like a core repaint problem.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on the latest v1.1 Buri build:

v1.1 Environmental Variables:

Once the page fully loads, it reloads again to fit all of the text on screen.

I'm not sure if this is still relevant given the current state of B2G. Please reopen if this bug is still relevant to current Connected Devices initiatives.
