Description:
I experienced this crash while attempting to repro https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1004170
Which involves connecting to Wi-fi and then turning airplane mode on and then off. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140509000203
2) Connect to wi-fi
3) Pull down notification menu
4) Turn on Airplane mode
5) After 10-15 seconds turn Airplane mode off.

Actual:
a crash occurred
