Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable quick launch. 2. Close all Mozilla windows. 3. Ctrl+Alt+Del the 'mozilla' task. Result: 10 seconds later, you get a "this application is not responding" dialog, and have to force-kill mozilla. Expected: the quick launch icon should disappear right away, and the dialog should not appear.
