browsercaps is used by ASP.NET scripts for doing mobile redirection and customizing HTTP headers when giving responses to browser requests.
Issues are often:
1. Wrong content-type and content association (application/xhtml+xml)
2. Wrong redirection
We need to contact Microsoft to check if the capabilities are in there.
