1008911 - Menu options like "open new tab", " new private window", frequent pages are missing when I right click the mozilla 29.0.1 icon on the task bar.

Steps to reproduce:

I right click the mozilla 29.0.1 icon on my taskbar (win 8.1).


Actual results:

The menu doesn't have tasks like "open new window", "new privater window", frequent pages are missing.

I tried solutions available on the internet where changes in the "about:config" are made. And there is no UserChrome.css file on my computer.


Expected results:

tasks like "open new window", "new privater window", frequent pages should have been on the menu that appears when the mozilla icon on the taskbar is right clicked.
