Description: When trying to set flags on an email using edit list view, the user sees a notification saying that flags were set for the selected amount of emails, but no flags are ever set Repro Steps: 1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140512000204 2) Open Email app> Setup Email account> Edit 3) Select a large amount of emails (~40) 4) Move the slected files to any other folder 5) Tap Edit> Select 1 or more emails> Tap on the flag Actual: A notification tells the user that flags have been set, but they have not Expected: Flags are properly set and the notification of how many flags that were set is displayed 1.4 Environmental Variables: Device: Open_C 1.4 BuildID: 20140512000204 Gaia: 17fb44880e95bc7ae363a609d811bf5a9a067b5b Gecko: ec24f847e7c0 Version: 30.0 Firmware Version: P821A10-ENG_20140410 Keywords: Edit, List View, Mutiple, More Than, Improper, Wrong, UI Notes: This issue occurs with both Hotmail, and Gmail accounts Repro frequency: 100% Link to failed test case: See attached: Logcat, Firewatch, Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=uAlpa_LcG0s
The issue above DOES occur on Buri 1.4 1.4 Environmental Variables: Device: Buri 1.4 MOZ BuildID: 20140508000201 Gaia: 4ce973ef0732b0d52cb043210db598aa176b2ce9 Gecko: 16ab7f6b18f8 Version: 30.0 Firmware Version: v1.2-device.cfg
Consolidating to new bug 1009422 covering overlap with a recent v1.3T filed bug and the other bugs filed on this at the same time. Although comment 0 indicates this reproduces on a presumably IMAP-based gmail account, there is no evidence of this in the log. Given that the STR's involve moves, it's quite possible the gmail case is actually bug 839273.
