User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140506152807

Steps to reproduce:

- start Firefox
- put Firefox in fullscreen mode
- quit firefox (cmd + q)
- start firefox

Actual results:

- the title bar is not accessible
- the close, minimize and zoom buttons overlap the first tab
- fullscreen button in the upper right overlaps the menu button

Expected results:

- Firefox should check if fullscreen mode is enabled on startup and use proper UI elements and/or offsets

I can't reproduce this. Can you reproduce this issue on a clean profile ? ( https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )
Flags: needinfo?(max)
I did a bit more research with a clean profile:

The problem is obviously related to my two display configuration. It only occurs, if the firefox window belongs to the left of the two displays. If I try to reproduce this at the right display or if I disable my second (left) display, the UI looks fine after restart.

Which of them is your main display, and which of them has/have the OS X global menubar showing?

The right display is my main display. But when I switch the global menu to my left display (by hitting the bottom of the left screen) the problem still occurs.

Sure, but I guess in that case, it works in the left display and breaks in the right? :-)

I'm guessing this is fixed on current Firefox...
