the icon and the close button on infobars are too much close to the border, the close button should be aligned about as much as the hamburger button glyph and the icon on the left should be aligned as much as the Back button glyph. See http://cl.ly/image/0G0E0G2f1A2b This is on Windows, but the same should be verified (and eventually fixed) across all of the themes.

We should unify these styles for all notification bars; the way the translation bar deploys its own styling isn't good in terms of consistency and maintainability.
