This was supposed to land in bug 1006743 but apparently the Tarako doesn't have the template installed (bug 980829). When it does, we should probably add this startup test to the default list of tests.
Removed blocker as we're no longer running Eideticker on the Tarako device.

Landed in: https://github.com/mozilla/eideticker-ci/commit/760a7aa031eb802a3d0135cf4b903878db1a3317 Will close after results start coming in.
