Description:
In the Dialer app, on the Incoming Caller ID screen, the string (also screen title)"Incoming Caller ID", displays with truncation in tested language. No truncation occurs in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) Tap on the Dialer app, from the home screen
3) Tap on the "dial pad" (nine little boxes) icon located at bottom right corner of screen
4) Enter *#30# and tap the (green) dial icon
5) Observe the string "Incoming Caller ID" displays with truncation.

Actual:
The string "Incoming Caller ID" displays with truncation.

Expected:
The string "Incoming Caller ID" displays without truncation.
