Description:
If the user long presses on the Home button while in the app Distant Orbit, it will display a blank screen with the 'x' in the corner and the app title at the bottom, instead of a snapshot of the currently displayed window

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) In the Marketplace, download/install the app 'Distant Orbit'
3) Launch the app, and long press the home button:

Actual:
The Card View displays a blank tile with the customary 'x' button

Expected:
An accurate snapshot of the app is displayed, similarly to other apps

This issue occurs on Buri 1.4, but does not occur on Buri 1.3
