This is part of the transition to the reverse-proxied s3, the end goal being to use the same bucket as AWS builds. A mozilla-releng-ceph-cache-scl3-try bucket had been created for a smooth transition. Now that the slaves are pointing to reverse-proxied s3, we can switch to the same bucket as AWS builds. But only for non-windows slaves, since windows slaves are still pending (bug 1007981)
