Steps to reproduce:

1. Turned on my gp revolution
2. Pressed "abort" when I was prompted to enter the SIM PIN


Actual results:

The dialog disappeared and there was no way to enter the pin again


Expected results:

The dialog disappeared and there is another way to enter the pin
No longer blocks: CAF-v2.0-CC-metabug
Firefox OS is not being worked on
