Steps to reproduce:
I can't drag Tab Icon to Desktop to create a Link on Desktop.
Actual results:
The window move. This is not desirable.
Expected results:
Link File on Desktop.

I don't think we should do this; the tab dragging is meant to let you detach a tab.
You can drag the lock/globe icon in the url field instead. :-)

I see.
What about to create a duplicate icon of the website in the url field (like in IE8)?
It is more intuitive to drag the website icon.
