Copy can be based on the design here. Should be similar length and tone to what's there as placeholder, with some obvious Lorem Ipsum and repeated blocks of text that can be ignored:

Cool, thanks Matt. If you can make sure it matches the design in terms of copy for each item that is of a similar length, that should make it easier to throw it into the template. ie. if you wanted, you could use redpen comments to write the copy on top of the design to make sure no elements get missed. Currently in the nav, Web Literacy Map links to the page I'm building right now, so I'm not sure it makes sense to have it be a link in the caption under the map graphic—unless that link should just have the page scroll down to the three columns of competencies?

- [L30-33] What part of this should be a link? Is the whole thing, graphic included, the link?

- [L31 & L33] The design doesn't really have room for the bold portion of this copy to be more than one or two words. Could you maybe rework? Here's what I have in the interim:
