Description:
Scrolling left or right through the list of suggest friends ('People you may know') results in the list moving jerkily and jumping left or right momentarily. Occurs consistently especially if user drags from the very edge of the screen to scroll.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Open_C to BuildID: 20140514000204
2) Install and launch Facebook from the marketplace
3) Sign in with a valid account
4) Scroll left and right in the 'people you may know' list

Actual:
Suggested friend list moves jerkily and jumps back and forth when scrolling.

Expected:
List scrolls smoothly.

With the last FB update the scroll seems to be working better but not perfect. Sometimes the scroll get stuck for a moment
