Description:
In Settings -> Downloads the header string "Edit downloads" is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140513000208
2) Tap on Seettings to open the app and navigate to Downloads.
3) Tap on the check mark in the upper right corner.
4) Observe header string as truncated.

Actual:
The string "Edit downloads" is truncated.

Expected:
All strings translated without truncation
