 1.Open AccuWeather apk
 2.Enter main page ->slide the page 
 3.sometimes it is very hard to slide the page especially on landscape page->KO

 It can slide the page normal

Hello - can you please give some more details about “hard to slide”? Are you trying to scroll down the page? Is there a specific section on the page (or specific page) that is harder to scroll than others? Does this happen every time you try to scroll down the page? Thanks!

"hard to slide" means "hard to scroll down the page", this doesnot happens all the time or for the specific page. I enter the app and open some pages, then sometimes this can be reproduced.

Can you try more times to reproduce it?

You can take the digit in the left for referece because the language is Chinese(SIM).

The only thing I can think of is that the page has too much information and the device cannot handle it. There are 24 hours worth of weather data in the HTML on that page, which isn't that much, but might be causing the device problems. We don't have any control over how and at what rate the browser repaints the canvas. Is the AccuWeather website the only website you experience this behavior? Do you see the same behavior if you were to load http://m.accuweather.com in the native browser?

I reproduce the similar issue on app named CDM, please see 989853. But cdm is not a pre-installed app for us now.

And I test http://m.accuweather.com in the native browser, this issue is not reproduced during my test, I'll do more test these days.

Unable to reproduce on Flame 2.0.  Lingling, I would try re-flashing your phone to the most current Build.
