Details

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open developer hub and submit a new paid app. 2. In Set payments step click on the "Add, manage or view transactions for your payment accounts". 3. In the opened pop-up window click on "Add a bango account" 4. Fill the form and click on the "Register Payment Account" Expected results: Terms of Agreement page is displayed with a Agree to the Terms button Actual results: This error message is displayed: A server error occurred. Please try again later. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF32 (Win 7). This issue can only be reproduced on payment-alt.allizom. We've cleaned out the databases. I tried with a new app and it worked fine.
