Description:
While composing a message, the string "Message" inside the message box overlaps with the "Send" button.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140515000202 and change the language to Arabic.
2) From the homescreen, tap on "Messaging"
3) Tap on the "Compose" icon.
4) Observe that the string "Message" in the message box overlaps with the "Send" button.

Actual:
The string "Message" overlaps with the "Send" button.

Expected:
The string "Message" does not overlap with the "Send" button.
