Description:
In the Settings app, on the Call Settings screen, the string "Forward when busy" displays with truncation in tested language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140515000202
2) Tap on Settings app from the home screen
3) Tap on Call Settings, it's the third heading from the bottom
4) Observe the string "Forward when busy" displays with truncation

Actual:
The string "Forward when busy" displays with truncation

Expected:
The string "Forward when busy" displays without truncation
