Details

STR - submit an app - set up payments - mark it free w/ in-app purchases - before a reviewer approves the app, copy the in-app key and secret - configure a tester to make an in-app purchase with the key/secret. See https://github.com/kumar303/inapp-pay-test - do a purchase Expected: the purchase should fail because the app is not public Actual: the purchase is allowed to go through
