STR:
1. Opened a series of apps and began swiping aggressively from left to right.
2. Eventually I ended up in the state in the attached screenshot.

Will try to get a logcat - something is happening with the device today where it keeps disconnecting from adb

We should never be listening for edge gestures when on the homescreen, so with solid STR this _should_ be an easy fix :)

Description:
Homescreen UI can become split and unusable when repeatedly going between multiple apps using Edge Gestures. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140515040207
2) Launch FM Radio, Settings, Marketplace, Clock, Usage, Music, and Video
3) Switch between the apps quickly (going between the same two if possible)
4) When the UI appears split (overlapping Apps) press the home button

Actual:
The Homescreen UI is visibly split.

Expected:
Edge gestures doesn't affect the homescreens usability. 

Important Note: Putting the phone to sleep in this state places the phone in a pseudo locked state when reawakened (if the slider is active).
