I'm not sure where these come from, but they seem to always come installed together, and have a lot of SUMO reports associated with them. It seems that they add toolbar items for eBay and Amazon which can't be removed.

Ah. Awesome. These are silently installed by the Vuze installer.

Blocks for silent installations are no longer reverted. You'll need to use a new ID if you want to continue distributing your add-on.
