Details
when i choose the"install" link on the "themes page"the browser opens the same
page again and i cannot install any of it.i'm using mozilla 0.9.4 and i prefer
the themes
for this version only.

Have you allowed software installation in preferences?
Summary: themes → themes will not install off themes.org
This is a dupe of bug 101089.
The problem is with the themes themselves - read the comments at the above bug
and on bug 101210 for an explanation.
If you feel this bug is different in any way, then please reopen it with further
explanation.
