I'm running 0.9.4, Build ID 2001091303 on Windows 2000 Professional. I have an
IBM ThinkPad T21 with a Trackpoint pointing device. One of the features of this
mouse can be set so it scrolls through documents when the third "blue" mouse
button is held down and the pointer (joystick/nubbin/whatever) is moved. With
all of the other applications I've tried it with (including IE, Opera, AIM,
SecureCRT, and many others), it allows me to scroll when the cursor is located
within any section with scrollbars, irrespective of focus.
None of the mozilla windows that I've checked do any sort of scrolling when I
try it. This includes the main browser window, the preference panel, the
history, the "view source" window, etc.
I apologize for submitting this bug twice, I tried hitting "return" instead of
"tab" to get from the "Summary" to the "description" field.

Make sure you have latest trackpoint drivers from IBM. Also try latest build
available here:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-win32-talkback.zip
Otherwise, might be dupe of bug 20618.

Not might be. it is a dupe. IBM trackpoint is mentioned numerous times in the
comments and dupes of that bug.
