Description:
On the pull-down notifications screen, the string "Download complete" and the time stamp display with overlapping/truncation in the tested language. Truncation doesn't occur in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140515000202
2) Tap on Browser app from the home screen
3) Download a test file (can use: http://goo.gl/mDx5Bh)
4) After the file has downloaded, swipe down from the top of the screen
5) Note: This should display the notifications screen
4) Observe the string "Download complete" displays with overlapping/truncation

Actual:
The string "Download complete" and the time stamp display with overlapping/truncation.

Expected:
The string "Download complete" and the time stamp display without overlapping/truncation.
