101208 - Address book - the "card" function does not display all entries and the screen goes blank

Wow, there are 2 parts to this one. The first - I have an address card with
bunches of entries. I attempted to add a new entry to this particular address
card and after clicking on the "edit" option, the card is displayed and up comes
an empty card to edit. The entries are briefly flashed on the screen, but it is
done quickly and the previous entries cannot be edited/deleted/added to.
The 2nd part - the screen during one attempt to edit this went blank, I switched
to another window and back, and the text was there.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. With an address card of at least 20 people, open it up to edit
2. The card is displayed with no entries
3.

Actual Results:  A blank address card is shown that should have about 20 or so
people listed.

Expected Results:  An address card with about 20 or so people should be displayed.

There needs to be a scroll feature added to the the address card "list"
function, as it allows only the display of 8 entries.

I checked this function with Netscape 6.1 and it operates/displays properly.
There is a "scroll" bar associated with the address list that allows the cursor
to scroll throughout the entire list. The same feature is needed with Mozilla. Ben

Commercial Branch build 2001-09-26-05: WinMe, appears ok (although there is a
known problem with the first entry not appearing after adding an 8th address).

Trunk build 2001-09-25-05: WinMe, I was able to duplicate the problem, although
it wasn't completely blank. About 5 of the entries were present instead of 20.

I noticed this same problem today (also on WinME). I have a long list of
addresses and when I opened the list to edit it, I saw it flash the list
briefly, then it all went blank. I opend the list in Netscape 6.1 and everything
was there. I was able to do the editing from NS 6.1. Going back to Mozilla
(2001101503) again, there was the flash of addresses, then only the empty fields.

Checked with today's build on my XP box. I could not reproduce this.

I created a maililst of 22 entries (starting each address with a number 1..22) 
and then I added some more to the list after getting to the edit state via 
double-clicking on the maillist_card and also via clicking on the Properties 
when that list is selected. Also, there is scroll bar that comes up when the 
number of addresses is more than it can display in the given space. Closed & 
opened the card. Quit and relaunched the app. Same results. I could find all 
entries I have added to the list.
