Pop-up menu that appears when clicking and holding on scrollbar
If I'm in Mail/News and viewing a message in the lower pane (message viewing pane) which is long-ish, a scroll-bar appears on the right side of the pane -- normal stuff. However, if I click and hold on the scroll bar, a pop-up menu is invoked. The pop-up menu that appears has Reply, Forward, Copy, Move, etc, everything that would appear if I were to click and hold within the body of the message in that pane. Basically it looks like the scroll bar is considered to be part of the message.
