To make the patch for bug 1010783 even more according Michal's requirements, CacheFile::PreloadChunks should also be limited with the stored mPreloadChunkCount, otherwise the Avail() == Read() promise may not be fulfilled when someone plays with the preference. Very low priority since the pref is not even added to all.js (bug 1012327).
