What did you do? ================ 1. Tested the Debugger page with PageSpeed Insights: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdeveloper.mozilla.org%2Fen-US%2Fdocs%2FTools%2FDebugger 2.  3.  What happened? ============== PSI reported that images could be compressed more. What should have happened? ========================== Smaller images could be served. Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== PSI reported "Optimize the following images to reduce their size by 792.9KiB (23% reduction)"
