Task Manager (Cards View) should show a subtitle with app origin for popup windows that aren't on the app's origin

Follow-up from bug 935260, check/fix any regressions in off-origin window handling in cards view (and HAIDA=1 task manager), in Card.js and TaskCard.js respectively

Sam - Does this reproduce with HAIDA=1 not set? If so, this sounds like a regression from bug 935260 then, right?

It looks ok to me with HAIDA !== 1. There was Sorry, its going to be confusing for a bit with basically 2 task-manager views in play.

.. there was a question in the code about whether the .popup class was necessary on the card element. AFAICT its not used though. But I'm fairly new to gaia and have spent more time seeing it with this patch than without so I could be wrong.
