I am suspecting this weird call stack was due to the same stack overflow as Bug 1001897.

This crash appears to only happen once per base. If I hit the crash, I have to re-base my phone before I can hit it again. However; after re-basing, flashing to the above build (20140519000201) I can usually hit the crash after a few minutes (3/5 repro).
STR:
1. Rebase Open_C device to P821A10 v1.0.0B06_LOG_DL
2. Flash same Open_C to build 20140519000201
3. Open Settings
4. Enter Battery and switch Power Save Mode to the opposite setting
5. Leave Battery and enter Wifi
6. Connect to a Wifi network
7. Back out of Wifi and re-enter Battery
8. Switch Power Save Mode
9. Wait
10. Repeat steps 4 through 8 if crash does not repro
Notes
1. Sometimes spamming Power Save Mode has expedited the crash
2. Sometimes spamming the Wifi icon in the task bar has expedited the crash.
Repro Rate:
3/5
Additional Notes:
This issue was tested on multiple builds ranging from the above build to the most recent 1.4. It has only been seen on the above build.
