Description:
If the user aggressively swaps between apps via the edge gestures, there is a chance the gallery window will not fit to screen size

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140519000201 and turn on edge gestures
2) Open a number of apps including camera and gallery
3) Rapidly swipe between the apps, rotating the phone when an app will display in both views:

Actual:
Eventually the Gallery will not resize correctly and a sliver of the screen at the bottom will not be used by the gallery; instead it will display the homescreen behind it

Expected:
The gallery app will always correctly resize to fit the window

Edge gestures is only shipping on 2.0, so this needs to be checked against trunk.

This exact issue does NOT reproduce on 2.0.
