When chatting in a conference room, messages sent by the creator of the room can be seen by everyone, but if someone other than the conference creator sends a message, only the creator can see that message. Also, all non-creator users can only see the creator of the conference, but they cannot see anyone else invited to the conference room.

This patch fixes an issue where only the host can see everyone in the conference. Because everyone can see everyone else in the conference using this patch, messages are correctly broadcast to everyone in the conference.
