Since we can no longer build Rust on releng build slaves, we need to disable gating the build on the mac slave to not stall progress while we find alternate solutions.

If you like you can completely disable the mac slave for now, but just preventing it from gating the build is acceptable.
Severity: normal → blocker
With this patch Mac builds should still be attempted (that's controlled by the Buildbot config), but AFAIK Bors won't wait on them.

Landed on default+production...should take effect within 30-45min.

Mac got fixed in bug 959005 so this got backed out.
