This is a tracker for the work on the central list of all fields related to Super Search. 

The goal is to have the list of all the fields we use in elasticsearch in a database, and make sure we can easily add, remove or edit that list of fields. The list should impact: 
 * the Super Search webapp page ;
 * the supersearch service and all derivate services ;
 * the mapping we use to index data in elasticsearch.

On top of that list, we want to build a tool to see what fields we are missing in our mapping, and make it easy to add them.
