101331 - Two INBOXes in imported profile

Imported N4.78 profile into Mozilla 0.9.4. The profile includes an IMAP-based
mail account. Upon opening Mail/News window, two INBOX items appear in the "Mail
for..." list. Both appear identical and are flagged with the same number of
unread messages "(5)".

Closing and re-opening the Mail/News window displays the correct mailboxes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete any existing Mozilla profiles
2. Start Mozilla, import an N4.78 profile which includes an IMAP account
3. Open Mail/News (bug appears)
4. Close Mail/News
5. Re-open Mail/News (bug disappears)

Is this the same as you later reported in bug 101341?

No. The double-INBOX effect is transient and disappears after Mail/News is
re-opened. If I remove my profile and import my N4.78 profile, the double-INBOX
will show up again, but will only appear the once and won't re-appear unless I
delete/re-import an old profile again.

In bug #101341, the problem sticks and seems to be based on files in the user's
home directory on the server.
