This patch resets the version to 1.0 and changes the name to FirefoxNightly. I wanted to start clean for the uplift to the Mozilla channel.

Hmm... To be honest, I think we should call this 1.0a1 or something to indicate its still in testing. It looks like Roku will let you put up an app but not submit it for public consumption as a private "beta". I'm not sure that fits our usecase..., but it would be nice to have a development branch and a release one eventually.

I do plan to use a Private channel for the Nightly version. I don't know that the Roku app version system supports 1.0a1 formats. I'll look around.
