Feature: Cisco OpenH264 plugin integration into Firefox
Key Initiative: Web platform & Loop
Release Date: FF33, in nightly before 21-July, release on 14-oct
We intend to download and use the Cisco OpenH264 plugin by default in desktop Firefox. Users will be able to disable this plugin if they wish.
We will be verifying the software from Mozilla servers, but the actual download comes from Cisco.
We need to review the privacy policy to ensure that this plan is acceptable and that if there are necessary changes to the policy that they are added.

This is mika from legal - I'll schedule time with Benjamin & Maire this week so we can see if there are any data issues that need to be reflected in the privacy notice for Loop.

Closing this bug b/c there is no privacy issue.
Summary of conversation with team: Cisco receives our HTTP request to download the plugin from their CDN when Firefox is installed or updated. During actual usage, the plugin does not make any external connections, as enforced by a sandbox.
