Bugzilla email has a ton of information in its X-Bugzilla headers, but none to indicate if this is a PGP-encrypted secure email update.

Can this be added? I would like to filter those emails differently from the others.

How about:
> X-Bugzilla-Secure-Email: Yes
Assignee: nobody → dkl
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All
