Steps to reproduce:

I was watching a video on http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com, but the tutors are so slow i wanted to speed up the video, like i am able to on pluralsight, 1.1x, 1.2x and so on.


Actual results:

In firefox i am only able to pick 1.5x and 2.0x.


Expected results:

I should be able to increase/decrease video speed by .1

I think it would better to add an input box and a slider that we can accurately and easily controling play speed.
